How to find your merchant's contact information:

  1. Check your order confirmation email - merchant contact info is included
  2. Look for the merchant's support email or contact link on their shop page
  3. Review your order receipt for merchant details

Important: AdaptiveShop is a platform that enables independent merchants to sell their products. We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or handle any products directly. All orders, refunds, returns, and customer service are managed by the individual merchant you purchased from.
