One Link for All Your Products
One link for all your products. AI picks which one to show when it has context. Otherwise, your default order.

The Problem
Many products. One link. You have to guess which one to share.
The Fix
One link. When AI has context—where they came from, what's been selling—it picks the product. No context? Your default order.
Why This Matters
When running marketing campaigns, you typically create a different landing page for each audience: one for Facebook ads showing Product A, another for TikTok showing Product B, another for email subscribers showing Product C, and so on.
This creates real problems:
Management overhead
Dozens of pages to create and maintain. Update one product? Update every page.
Missed opportunities
What if a Facebook visitor would actually prefer Product B? You'll never know.
Wasted ad spend
You're showing the wrong product to the right audience—and paying for the privilege.
With Adaptive Links, you create one link, add multiple products to its pool, and share that single link everywhere. AI decides which product to show each visitor based on where they came from, what's been converting, and what's in stock.
How It Works
Click
Someone taps your link. Instagram bio, TikTok, email, ad, QR code—anywhere.
Analyze
AI checks where they came from, UTM parameters, conversion data, and stock levels.
Shop
They land on a product page, not your homepage. If there's context, AI picks the product. If not, your default.
Understanding Your Link URL
Every Adaptive Link URL has two parts you control:
Merchant Slug
Your unique identifier as a seller. Think of it as your username—all your links live under it.
- • Set this once when you start
- • Example:
luna-knitsormy-brand - • Changing it later deletes all your links (URLs would break)
Link Slug
The identifier for a specific campaign or use case. You can create multiple of these.
- • Create as many as your plan allows
- • Example:
summer-saleortiktok-promo - • Each has its own product pool
Example URLs for a merchant called "luna-knits":
- app.adaptiveshop.ai/l/luna-knits/summer-sale
- app.adaptiveshop.ai/l/luna-knits/tiktok-promo
- app.adaptiveshop.ai/l/luna-knits/email-vip
Using UTM Parameters
Add UTM parameters to help AI understand visitor intent:
- utm_source: Where traffic comes from (instagram, facebook, google)
- utm_campaign: Campaign name (summer-sale, new-launch)
- utm_medium: Marketing medium (social, email, cpc)
- utm_term: Keywords (hiking boots, winter jackets)
Example: adaptiveshop.ai/l/your-store?utm_campaign=summer-sale&utm_term=beach+gear
Where to Use
Social Bios
Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube—one link in your bio.
Paid Ads
Use UTM tags so AI knows which product to show each viewer.
Email Campaigns
Tag your links. AI uses the context to pick the right product.
QR Codes
Print once. Without UTMs, visitors see your default product order.
Your Adaptive Link: adaptiveshop.ai/l/your-slug
How to Set It Up
Setting up your first Adaptive Link takes about 2 minutes:
Set your merchant slug
Choose a unique identifier (lowercase, hyphens allowed). This becomes your permanent URL base. Pick carefully—changing it later deletes all your links.
Create a link
Give it a name (for your reference) and a link slug (for the URL). Example: Name "Summer Campaign", slug "summer-2024".
Add products to the pool
Select which products this link can show. The more products you add, the more options AI has to find the right match for each visitor.
Set product weights (optional)
Higher weight = more likely to be shown. Use this to prioritize new arrivals, clear old inventory, or feature bestsellers.
Share your link
Copy the URL and use it in your social bios, ads, emails, business cards—anywhere you'd share a product link.
Best Practices
Start broad
Add more products to the pool rather than fewer. The more options AI has, the better it can match each visitor.
Use descriptive slugs
summer-sale-2024 is better than link1. You'll thank yourself later.
Don't change your merchant slug
Pick it carefully the first time. Changing it breaks all your existing links.
Update pools seasonally
Swap in new products, remove out-of-stock items. Keep your links fresh and relevant.
Common Questions
Can I use the same product in multiple links?
Yes. A product can be in as many link pools as you want.
What if a product goes out of stock?
AI automatically stops showing it. Remove it from the pool to keep things clean.
Do I need to understand AI to use this?
No. Just add products and share your link. The AI handles everything behind the scenes.
What happens if I only add one product?
That product will always be shown. It works, but you lose the adaptive benefit—consider adding more.
Can I track which products perform best?
Yes. Check your dashboard's Adaptive Link Performance page for analytics on clicks and conversions.
